“We had a wonderful time at the Teal Door Cabin. The weather was perfect, we fished, sat at the firepit, and star gazed. Our little dog enjoyed it all right along with us! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Beautiful accomodations with beautiful landscaping, I can't think of one thing that would have improved our stay! We even got to meet the owner's sweet dog, Kevin! A perfect little getaway destination, you won't have any regrets if you stay here! Thanks Allison!”

“The room was great. The breakfast was good. However they kept food in their freezer for me overnight. When I got home the next day and unpacked it I found someone had cut one of my packages of Boudin open. When I called I was basically called a liar. Said the bag was stapled shut with a note. It was not stapled when I received it.”

“This hotel is super clean! The breakfast wasn't real hot but otherwise very nice selections and our toilet seat was wiggling. Other than that everything was pretty excellent! We would definitely stay again!”
“Very nice place to visit while on business or leisure. Hotel is pretty quiet and respectable when comparing to two nearby hotels. My room was very clean, it did not have any weird smells, accomodations were available, such as lounging chairs in room for relaxing or eating, microwave, and refrigerator. Wifi worked well. Many options for TV channels.”

“Nice, friendly folks willing to help. Clean comfortable rooms with everything you need: mini-fridge, microwave, wifi, tv & a big bed to crash in after a long day. I haven't checked the pool yet, but it looks inviting. I recommend the continental breakfast served every morning. No, I don't work here, just enjoy a good motel, since I stay 7-9 months a year in motels.

“I've done so many reviews on hotels around the country it's fair to say I'm qualified to do this review. I'm honest to a fault.. now I've been here at this motel 6 for 4 days.. I absolutely love it! I cannot hear anyone in any other rooms unless I'm walking down the hall..I believe the walls are solid and I truly cannot hear people on either side of me.. my room seriously was spotless when I got it.. it's fair to say I've stayed at over 100 motel 6's and this one is now my absolute favorite! Managers are terrific! There spot on.. anything I've needed they've made sure I got it within minutes..the place is very clean..beds were comfortable ..the outside is also clean and they are at the moment doing landscaping, it's really looking nice..I can't really say why people put bad reviews, just either expecting the Carlton or are unhappy humans.. who knows, but it's wrong either way.. if I was the type of person to go by reviews alone I would have never came here and I am so glad that I did.. I'd say at least approach the building and decide from there, it is a very quaint and appealing motel..there's a little bitty airport in the back of it, dispensary to the east of it, it's a very nice and safe place to stay!.. I'd definitely recommend to all my friends and family traveling through here..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms. Only issues were the bathroom. Door knob was falling off in the bathroom and the shower spout diverter
was almost impossible to make the change from shower to tub fill. I am sure the manager will fix these issues when they become aware. I didn't tell them.”

“I can't say enough. The happy hour at night is awesome. The rooms were great and clean. The staff was very pleasant. Went on a championship weekend so alot of kids took over the pool and jacuzzi but it's ok. Will go again and definitely recommend.”
