“I took my SUV Chevy traverse 2020 because when driving it up above 50 miles an hour the car was shining. They looked at it and said that all of my tires were bad that the wire was coming through them and that my back end of my car needed to be fixed. But I did not have the money to do that at this moment so they put new tires on it and trying to balance the tires the best they could be in the fact that the rear end needs work first. But they didn’t even charge me for the balancing that they did do Because it wasn’t complete because it needs the backend work done. They went out of their way to help me immediately with great service and communication and was very tentative about getting my vehicle finished for me. I will not take my car anywhere else to get it fixed.”

“Big shout out to SI Towing I’m from Northern Illinois, and unfortunately had the extreme displeasure of breaking down very far away from home.

Originally had called freedom Towing the guy sounded incompetent had no idea what he was doing. It really just gave me bad vibes off the front.

Called SI Towing not only was communication clear and texted. We had left the truck and he told us he would grab it within the hour and bring it to where it needed to go.

Price was extremely reasonable and way more affordable than the other guys.

As much as I didn’t wanna meet them, it made this experience, 5star stars and that’s the difference.
