“My experience at this Circle K was great. This is in sharp contrast to my experience at the Circle K in Ottawa IL check out my review I asked these individuals the same question and was surprised that my item was indeed on sale it was an easy question to answer as it popped up on the screen as soon as the item was scanned. I will however note I was not a fan of their breakfast sandwiches but the customer service here was great!”

“Today was an exceptionally difficult day for me. I came into the store to pick up an order I placed, then it turns out I messed up my own order. I was ready to accept it for what it was and deal with it but the gentleman working in the kitchen went above and beyond to fulfill my order and then some. This was right after I got some pretty bad news. This gentleman made my day just a little better with his kindness and willingness to rectify my order. Even though, he really did not have to. It's greatly appreciated, thank you. The world needs more kind people like this.

Every time I come into this store, everyone is always very nice and courteous. Restrooms are clean, everything is very well stocked in the store. When the line is long, a second cashier always opens to speed it up.
