“I love this gym! It is very clean and well maintained. We fell on some financial hard times and the owner Carie was so kind and understanding to our situation and went above and beyond to resolve payment with us. Would definitely recommend coming here ?”
“The equipment is a little limited and a little old, but the staff is friendly and the fact that it's open 24 hours means you can avoid peak hours and work fitness into your busy life.”
“Definitely NOT your average gym! Andrew and his team at StretchMove have been absolutely FANTASTIC over the two years I’ve been training. The new facility is beautiful, very clean and the equipment top quality. Andrew changed my life and has helped take my fitness and endurance to another level. Highly recommend you check them out!”
“I was in the area for some training at nearby Scott AFB. I dropped in and noticed the staff and athletes were warm and welcoming. The gym is clean and everyone is friendly. If you live near Scott AFB and are looking to start a fitness journey, change your fitness routine, or even take it to the next level, I highly recommend CFSC. It doesn’t matter your current level of fitness, they will help you.”

“I have been here at this gym for over five years and have seen multiple owners come and go, and I can confidently say that kinetic fitness and performance is now under the best ownership. I personally know one of the owners, and ever since he stepped in, the gym has made numerous upgrades, including brand, new equipment, more weights, and even the option to work with a personal trainer. Kinetic fitness has everything you could possibly need in the gym anymore. I don't only do they have all the weights and machines, they also offer free classes with your gym membership, then, after your hard work out, they offer protein smoothies, and pre-workout at your convenience. Kinetic fitness, winning best local gym in Fairview of 2022 speaks for itself, but I can personally advocate that this is the best gym to be at, I say that, because as soon as you walk in the door, whether you are a new member, or a longtime member, you feel like family. You feel like you belong. The staff is always happy to help with any sort of questions you may have, and even offer assistance with lifting. If you're looking for a gym to start your journey or to continue your journey, I highly recommend kinetic fitness.!”

“The staff are very friendly. The pad on their flat bench press is firm (which I enjoy). I have not seen many gyms with a frame (for frame carries); it's always nice to see a variety of equipment! Definitely stop by if you're in town.”
“I highly recommend the new Teen training program. Coach Mary Anne & Coach Billy made the class fun and helped explain why correct posture is so important when working out. The boys asked when the next class was as soon as their workout was over.”
“5 Elements Fitness is a true gem of a gym! The trainers are very knowledgeable and write fitness plans to meet your individual needs. They also know about nutrition and do check-ins with you so that you can be successful! The trainers are energetic and help to keep you motivated. I have personally been training there for 3 months and inches are coming off rapidly compared to the prior year of training. I highly recommend 5 Elements Fitness and Niko if you are ready to commit and get started!!!”

“I quickly fell in love with F45 and credit it to the O’Fallon, IL location! The trainers are encouraging and push me to work harder than I thought I could. I always leave in a better mood than when I came due to the strong community feel. Couldn’t recommend enough!”
“Excellent pool. I’ve been to a few swim meets here and they have been run very smoothly. Had a meet during the COVID-19 pandemic and they were not very strict about enforcing mask regulations, though. Bathrooms seem to always be clean and the pool deck as well. Seating is excellent but it can get a bit hot up there.”
“Id like to address some of Petrofam3 claims as I believe that person to be new to the gym culture or just not know what this gym is about. I'd like to start by saying this gym is a power house gym!!! You need to understand this, it reminds me of dorian Yates gym in blood and guts but cleaner. This is a place for serious lifters. I've been here on and off for around 7 years. Your accounts are grandfathered in. The price you pay when you started is the price you pay today.... There are no back door deals as stated by petrofam3 ,some pros train free sure( cause they deserve it!) I know guys who have been going here for over 30 years and only pay 4$ a month.... That to me was awesome, I wasn't jealous though I've also never heard of the skin infection claims and I am fairly sociable among the crowd so I won't even address that as I don't believe it to be true. This gym was designed around pros and what the body needs!! You won't find a quarter of the equipment you'll find here at any of these daisy chain gyms we have in the area, and they are always adding new Machines!! Now to the gym and what it's really about. There's not a single window in the place, there's chalk dust literally everywhere, it gives of a kind of a dungeon vibe, theres animals walking around disguised like men. There's beastly crys as they lift over 500 lbs regularly.there's no such thing as a lunk alarm in this world. This is NOT i repeat NOT a place for soft and sensitive people. if you want a spotless gym this certainly isn't the place for you, but you will be able to asses this on your first walk threw before even signing up. One of the most welcoming places I've ever been with staff that treats you how you treat them, if they seam rude or reluctant to help you in any way I'd almost guarantee your simply a pain to deal with Over all I wouldn't change anything about this gym other then enforcing the stripping of the weights and re racking and the trash radio stations they play(supposedly being changed soon) It's not uncommon to have a majority of the weights on the floor or a squat bar loaded with 405+ but there's just so many people that come threw the doors it's hard to enforce so I understand. Otherwise it would be 5 stars in my book!! Best gym within 30 miles at the least, maybe more.”
“I spend way too much time here! There's honestly so much one can do here. There's a pool, weight room, running track, basketball courts, rock wall, group fitness rooms etc. You can even rent out bikes for free!*Have to add that the facility is accessible to persons associated with SIUE (student, faculty, alumni etc). However, each person can bring in 1 guest.”
“Awesome community atmosphere! Coaches are super friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and challenge each person to find the targets (weights/reps), that work best for them.”
“Child Watch is located on the first floor, on the entrance to the right. Extraordinary nursery room! Plenty of natural light and huge compared to other YMCA's Child Watch rooms. My only observation to the staff is, and I know dealing with kids is not easy, is not to yell to the kids. It looks like some of the staff also have their own kids there, and the way they were talking to them was kinda rough and they also used the same tone with the other kids. I stayed 2 full hours on the tables next to the Child Watch room and I could clearly hear everything that was going on. I will still bring my kid to this place, but not as on a regular basis.”

“Best welcoming gym experience I’ve ever had. With all the best equipment!
From the first time I came and was nervous to start, but was quickly welcomed by everyone I encountered. Making a new gym feel like the perfect fit.
I love coming to The Fitness Zone for many reasons: I love knowing I’m getting a solid workout in every time and myself along with everyone else…we come to get better!! And having that same goal in mind is priceless!! ??”
“Lots of equipment (lots of hammer strength machines, free weight dumbells and barbells, 3 squat racks, one deadlift platform, hex bars, straight bars, 2 Smith machines thenots of treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical, and rowers) and room if you are focused on lifting or cardio big you are seeking the sauna, light therapy, massage, the Collinsville location is going disappoint you, need to go to O'Fallon or Alton or Missouri instead.”

“I’ve been going to this PF location for about two years now, and my experience has consistently been great. They’ve recently added a ton of new equipment, which is awesome because it gives members more variety and options. On top of that, the employees are always friendly and welcoming. It’s the most cost effective gym around, and even though it can get busy at times, it truly has everything you need.”
“Great gym! The classes are fun and I highly recommend TRX class. Total body workout and you can modify during any of the classes offered. Clean and family oriented complex!!”

“Exceptionally clean. I enjoy the atmosphere and the vadt equipment. Being a senior, I frequently take advantage of hydro beds for my back and left hip. Very soothing.”
“Katy Howard has been such an amazing trainer while I was pregnant and now a year post-baby. Can’t recommend her enough!! Everyone at child watch is so sweet with my littles. Love the new layout of machines too - more room is a plus!”
