I think her name may be Mary? But she was incredibly sweet during my biometrics screening. She held a conversation with me and made the whole process wonderful. The front desk staff is super sweet as well.

I'm pleased with how quick I got in and out, but dissatisfied with the customer service. Lady that helped me didn't seem like she wanted to help me at all.
