Good customer service is a rare occurrence these days (hence why I called OFallon instead of Belleville) and I sincerely appreciate her reminding me that there are people who still go above and beyond to be helpful.”

My own ignorance to what I needed to do was my only holdup but I was given accurate assistance to get what I needed done. They for sure sell stamps and can mail things certified.”

“I didn’t know this post office was here, pleasantly surprised. I first stopped at the one in my town of Troy and they had one employee working and a line of about 10 people and they all appeared to have 2+ boxes each in their arms. After waiting about 10 minutes, I had to leave for an appointment, but during that time only one person was helped. When I walked into this office both counters were open and there were two people ahead of me. The one window closed down after helping her customer, it was close to closing so to be expected. The other lady was very fast and efficient with her customers. She didn’t have much emotion as friendliness or any negativity, just professionalism, getting the job done and answering your questions and getting you in and out, I can respect that. The facility was clean. I read the reviews after I left and will leave the rating a 5 and will track my packages to ensure they arrive on time and without incident, if they do, I’ll keep the 5 and recommend this USPS Office.”
