So the diamond wound up getting resolved, but holy hell was THAT a cluster. They wanted to charge me for it too, despite all the evidence of shoddy workmanship. Shockingly, after my review, it was suddenly complimentary (thought I had to pay shipping). Seriously. Avoid like the plague.
