“We ordered our rings March 2024 and got them by June 2024. I was nervous about using the site at first b/c I called the company multiple times the next day and no one answered. There was no email to contact the company. And there were barely any reviews online besides the ones on this Google page. I even checked the BBB 😅. So I reported the purchase as fraud to my bank.
A month later, the bank said they were able to contact the vendor and prove it was a legitimate purchase. So I called the vendor again and was able to talk to someone 😅 I overreacted lol. It was an expensive purchase and I didn't want to be screwed over.
Customer service is great, they were aware ofy bank claim and I told them it was a mistake on my part. They were polite to work with. I called to check on the status of my rings, and they had no issue letting me know. When the rings were done, they shipped and we got them the next day via UPS 😊 Btw 1 yr warranty for any defects.
Advice: Maybe create an Instagram page to promote your rings. The fandom community loves stuff like this. There's no other site that has matching Pokemon rings like these. That's why after 10yrs of knowing these existed, we've decided to buy from this site.

Mom’s precious watch that I inherited in to determine the reason it wasn’t running. A young man took the watch to the jewelry to see if it might be the battery —he returned with a working watch and handed it to me. I happily got my card out to pay and he said that it was a gift to me —that it was a pleasure to see inside the vintage watch —and to please return again. I was so touched by his generosity, but also that the watch was working that I was a bit weepy driving home. Thank you for the lovely gesture and I will most definitely be back💜”
“I went in to the Orland Park, IL store in a panic because one of the stones in my wedding ring fell out. I was met by Tracy and although she was about to get off for the day, she stopped and took time to help me. The ring was sent to home office repair first but they were unable to match the stone. But Tracy didn’t give up, she sent the ring to the local jeweler. Tracy told me they would have to change the center stone to a marque and I was so nervous that I wouldn’t like the ring. Tracy calmed my nerves and told me to relax and be patient. The process took a while but Tracy stayed in contact with me and finally the ring was back! Once I saw the ring it looked amazing and I was so glad I took Tracy’s advice!! Thank you so much Tracy and Kay Jewelers!!!”
