Shocked at the lack of organization to just see a personal banker. Would be nice to be acknowledged when you walk in and actually have someone check you in to keep the waiting area organized. Really bad impression.

DO NOT BANK WITH BMO HARRIS!!! Under any circumstances!!! I've experienced nothing but headaches and disappointment in dealing with BMO. Their security/fraud department is an absolute joke! My account gets locked for attempting to use it at a gas station in my home town yet BMO allowed $1,300 to be fraudulently taken from my account with no problem. BMO's customer service is hands down THE WORST I've ever experienced and I've had to contact them multiple times per week for the past 5+ weeks because they're incompetent and never solve ANY ISSUE. I've been out of the country with no access to my accounts on several occasions because BMO always chooses the WORST times to lock you out and there's never "anything they can do about it". All of these shortcomings have occurred several times throughout my banking experience with BMO so it isn't just bad luck. They're consistently bad at everything they do. I have numerous family members, friends, and coworkers who have had the exact same negative experiences with BMO as myself! BMO is THE WORST BANK anyone could ever bank with! Stay far away from them at all costs! They also have abnormally high overdraft fees and the worst overdraft protection.

They didn’t count the cash in front of you, they bring it to the back and come back with the receipt!!! Who would know what they do to the cash???? They said that is their mistake after I confronted them about that, what the ****!!!! Extremely Unacceptable!Do not come here if you don’t want to lose your cash!!!!!!

My experience at the Matteson branch is the worst. I deposited money into a business account around 4:48p.m.and asked the teller if they did Zelle. She said yes and I asked for help accessing the account. She told me to wait for the banker. I waited for the banker (Krystal Honeysucker) about 20 minutes so this is after 5 now. She tries to rush me through setting up online banking by repeatedly directing me to the app that I could download to my phone. After I insisted that she check to see if I was even set up she discovered I wasn't. She then decided to do her job and set up the online account. I told her I need to do a zelle today and she said we don't do zelle from business accounts, only personal. I explained to her that the teller (Nely Cardenas) just told me that they do and Krystal repeated that it was only for personal accounts. I said ok, I need to withdraw the money I just deposited and because it is 5:20 now the teller says all the drawers are shut down. So now I can't zelle and I have no access to the money I just deposited. They are very unprofessional and not helpful when it is time for them to get off work. Customer service is lacking very much at this branch.

Anita Sims was terrible. I waited 20 mins to open a new business bank account because my old account information was compromised. To make matters worse, she made me come back an hour later just to take a break and when I came back she lied and said she can’t open a new account because of Chex System which was not true. She just wanted to hurry up and get off work on time. I went to the BMO harris in Orland park and I was helped and got my new account open. Anita Sims need to find a new job if she’s going to be so lazy and insensitive to other peoples time…she made a bad situation, worse! I do not recommend working with her UNLESS u like your time wasted.

If I could rate this bank location a zero, I would!The hours at this location is not consistent to what is posted. I used ATM, had to forcibly grab my money and unfortunately, I could not grab the last bill because it was stuck. The bank was closed and the next day I called the bank location I experienced this issue at to no avail, although hours stated lobby was open . I called the main banking hotline, spoke to rep.... gave info and he transferred me right bk to location after I specifically verbalized to him the specifics. Terrible customer service!!!

Don't waste your time with hidden fees, they dont allow cryptocurrency purchases, and less consumer concerns. And if you decide to go with bmo, use another branch, you'll thank me later. The branch Manager is quite pretentious.

Manager is fantastic his energy over flows to his bankers and tellers very busy bank with a lot of commercial business banking tellers try to wait on customers asap even the guard is helpful greeting customers and helping elderly and handicapped great bank great service
