They don’t even verify me they act like I am a problem and answer the phone asking what do I want. They’re unprofessional and stole $25 dollars from me

Shocked at the lack of organization to just see a personal banker. Would be nice to be acknowledged when you walk in and actually have someone check you in to keep the waiting area organized. Really bad impression.
