“I am only giving a 5 star review for the store manager and the male worker there. I pre paid online for my rental, when I got to the place the guy told me I had to call a 1800 # and cancel my reservation and repay with credit card, I was pissed. I was upset with everything I had to go though but she and him were nice and dealt with me.”

I would also like to add another employee that I dealt with, her name is Chanel Howard , she is also at the Steger location. Very professional, extremely polite, extremely helpful. “Actually went through a different location, but since they didn’t pick up after being in hold for well over 30 minutes, I called here. Was only on hold for a little bit before Janine got on. Super sweet. She said she was already on the phone but that she’d call me back as soon as she was done. Got back to me very quick and was extremely helpful with the reservation, even though it wasn’t their location. Will def be going through this one if/when I’m in need of a rental again”
“Excellent customer service ! .I used them for staging my property . Even they do not specialize in short term rentals , the manager Nicole was able to offer me the furniture pieces I needed . She even arranged the dining table to be delivered from another store .The selection is not very large but nice enough. Best thing - delivery and pick up is free !! . They also put the pieces together for you . Julian and Jeremy - the delivery guys were extremely nice . Will definitely use the rent- a Center again !”

“I had a total of 3 cars and extended rental terms due to my personal vehicle issues. It's been in the repair shop for about 3 weeks and enterprise has allowed me to utilize the website and the physical branch to extend my rental each time. The manager at the matteson location got me upgraded to (what I think) Is a Luxury vehicle (mitsubishi outlander) after having issues with the other 2 economy mitsubishi (handling and driving.) I love the outlander and when my Mom went to do her rental, the associate allowed us to keep the same vehicle ! It's been a life saver and frankly, a job saver too! My commute to and from work during this stressful car repair time has been great due to the outlander. Thinking about buying it one day”
