Scheduled an appointment with this towing company to pick up my car, not only did they not show up on time, when called back they said 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later no show. They don't ever have to worry about getting my business in the future.

I didn't appreciate your wreckless tow truck driver speeding down Steger Rd, weaving in and out of traffic, and blowing red lights around 2:40pm on Thanksgiving. I guess their time and life is more important than everyone else's. Pretty inexcusable.

Workers stole my stuff out of my truck. I did get compensated for it but I felt violated all over again after my accident. It wasn't really even about the money. I didn't even get an apology. The picture below is how it looked after they went through it the other picture is me after the accident
