He had his mechanic check and it was the Altenator that needed replacement. I can think of several places that would have replaced my battery and I would have to replace the alternator at a later date. He was very courteous and I will continue getting service as well as recommending Milex to my friends.”

He explained to me that the Body Specialists there are trained from within and not outside hired, which being a business owner myself I know what a big difference properly trained personnel makes. The owner runs the shop and his daughter manages the front office and they both made me feel comfortable and especially confident leaving my new 2024' Buick Encore GX with only 20,000 miles on it in their hands. They made the whole experience go smoothly and handled all the insurance company's queries. They even helped with the car rental. They replaced and painted my entire front bumper and grill assembly. All the gaps are perfect and the paint couldn't have matched any better!!!”

“Nothing but great things to say. During a snowstorm, Pete towed a plow truck for me and went above and beyond. He picked up the truck, dropped the plow at my shop, and then delivered the truck to my mechanic — all for $125. By far the cheapest tow I’ve ever had, and he made multiple stops with no complaint. The idea to drop the plow first was his, knowing it would make things easier for my mechanic. When I offered to pay him more, he refused. Needless to say, I won’t be using anyone else in the future.”
