I scheduled 8am appointment July 10,24 for oil change, tire rotation and have my A/C check the mechanic strip 5 lug nuts on my wheels. I was not able to get my A/C checked because once the lugs were replaced it was 1pm so I canceled the A/C check , because I did not want no more damage to occur on my vehicle, and they did not even replace the 5 caps that cover the lugs either. They need to replace all 5 lugs with the nuts I’m so upset I will never schedule services for my vehicle at the Matteson Firestone location terrible service. Don’t deserve no STAR

I brought my car in to repair a tire and that was no problem so they did a tire rotation and balanced all four tires and then they suggested a wheel alignment so I went with a lifetime alignment and now at there recommendation I will bring it back every 6 months for an alignment they did a great job in a timely manner thank you for the great service I really appreciate it ?

The mechanics time management skills are terrible. You can have an appointment for an oil change and still be waiting 2+ hours. There’s should be no reason an oil change takes 2-3 hours.

Terrible experience waited over 2 hours for a brake inspection and now my vehicle shakes and rides awful and a center cap off one of my rims. I would never recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I stopped by this Firestone to have my tires checked. The mechanic was working on another car when I pulled up to the garage. He paused his work and walked over to me
while I was still sitting in my car. I asked him to check my tires, especially my rt front tire as it had been losing air. He went and pulled out the air hose, and checked all of my tires. He told me that all of the tires were fine and that I didn't need any air. I was so very and appreciative that he checked all of my tires, and that gave me a peace of mind. I would give him 10 stars if possible because I interrupted him from what he was doing when I got there, he did not show any impatience. He was a very nice man.

I trust everyone, especially Manager Christopher. Christopher has been working on my car for years and helps keep it running. I had referred my dad and they worked on his work truck and car. Thank everyone there.

My experience with this store is always pleasant. The crew is friendly and welcome you over the phone and in person. The manager Chris has very strong integrity and explain issues and this is important for a woman. Chester is amazing with keeping my truck up and running. I trust no other place with my Hummer H3. They are amazing and this store should be commended because I see when I’m there I’m not the only repeat and happy customer. People go back where they are treated right. My issues with my car are always fixed and never have to bring back for the same thing. Chris runs a professional establishment.

The level of experience and service was not professional at all. I had an scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half, then they tell me I have some sort of leak so they won't perform my oil change. I didn't need them to diagnose any existing problems, just change the oil. I was willing to pay for it. Stop guessing stuff and do what you are getting paid to do and not speculate on what you think it might be. Me and my family will never go back to Firestone for any service, along with friends I also know that occasionally go there.
