First, I’m only giving three stars because their head sales manager, Dan has been super helpful and honest. I bought a car from here in August. (I live in GA). When checking out the finance guy “forgot” sales taxes so I was already roped in and signed everything and the payment ended up being higher than I wanted.. drove away and I’ve called and left about 6 voicemails and several emails about the car not being registered in GA since then and finally text Dan. Even though registration and title isn’t his job, he finally got them to register it (two months later, and my drive away plate expires in less than 30 days). Attention to detail or returning customer calls is not their specialty but if you do buy a car from here make sure you get Dans number! And if you’re Kia and reading this - you need to make some employee changes and give Dan a FAT raise!

I took my van in for a faulty sensor. I was greeted when I pulled in, I was kept up to speed on what was going on. The van was fixed in the timeframe I expected and overall was a great experience.

Customer service in the parts department is lacking. Took my Kia in for a Factory recall. Was told it would take 90 minutes to change the fuse. 2 1/2 hours later I went looking for my car which was parked in the lot.
Went back to the service department and asked for my keys. Was given my keys without so much as an apology or explanation and asked to sign the receipt.
Hawkinson was also slow but Gerald is just bad.

The representative working with me was very friendly and checked me in speedily when leaving my vehicle for a recall and an issue concerning a portion of the passenger window falling off my vehicle.
I received a text as soon as I left the facility stating that I would receive an update in an hour concerning my vehicle.
Unfortunately I didn’t receive an update all day and had to call twice to get a status on my vehicle.
Once I received a response I started getting notifications from the Kia app that my door was opening and unlocked which led me to believe that no one was even working on my car until I called. I could be wrong but I’m sure I’m not.
It was also disappointing to hear that my new 2024 vehicle would have to have the window decorative piece pulled off and I would have to wait weeks before the repair is fixed because the part wasn’t in stock. This is a new vehicle that I just got in July and it’s shocking that pieces are already falling off and I also have to wait weeks before the potential to have it fixed.
