The worst option to rent, terrible customer service and lack of professionalism

Poor team lead customer service. I was called and told to pick up my Rental upon arrival after waiting 15 minutes for assistance. To be told no car is available and that their 1800 number that calla customers don't no nothing . Bad customer service ?.

Not very now after no one explained to me about I-Pass, now I have a $200 something fees. Good experience at first, turned out to be the worst!!
