“Nevaeh helped my nephew change his number and get accessories for his new phone. Was a huge help since he was having so many issues with bad numbers calling him all the time. Thanks for being so patient with him. It was very needed.”

“I had a situation that even the call center couldn’t figure out, so I decided to visit the store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and kept informed about the wait time. The communication throughout my visit was clear and professional. Marcus B was absolutely amazing. He took the time to understand my issue, explained all of my options, and helped me find the best solution. I walked in feeling frustrated but left completely satisfied and happy with the outcome. The customer service was outstanding, and once I decided which option to take, my problem was resolved quickly. If you need help, I highly recommend asking for Marcus B. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and provides exceptional customer service.”
