“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”

“We weren’t sure about switching over to xfinity from Verizon, but the guys at this store were amazing. At first, the company wouldn’t let us get our phones for some weird Byzantine reason, and Noah worked on it for an entire day. Eventually, after being on the phone with their costumer service, he told us he couldn’t help out. A week later, Noah reached out and told us that he figured out how to get us our phones! He finished the process and got us signed up with no problems after that.
If you’re on the fence about getting xfinity, make sure to speak with Noah at this store. He goes above and beyond!”
