“I’ve used Darrins now for around 3 years. They always are able to get me in very quickly and go above and beyond diagnosing whatever issue I have had. The guys put their heads together on some of the issues that seem to be a bit of a puzzle but together they always figure it out!

One of my favorite things about Darrins is the old school, family feel that the place exudes. I’m a rural mail carrier and deal with far too many flat tires… they have went ABOVE and BEYOND on numerous occasions to come air up my tire to get me to the shop or have picked me up when I had no way to get there. They have patched me up and got me on my way with very little notice.
I would recommend Darrin’s to anyone and I’d like to thank every person who works there for everything they have done and continue to do for all of their customers!”

“Great service, friendly peope, I came in with low air in one of my inner rear wheel tires on my boxtruck, figuring it was probably a valve stem as I didn't see any nails or obvious outer reasons to why it had lost air, they took me in no problems, took a little while longer to actually get my wheel repaired then I was expecting, of course they did have other customers aswell, but when all was said and done, they didn't even end up charging me due to the wait time. “The principle Jacob was fair in priced, reliable and very thorough. He kept us both updated and involved with the progress as he did the work. Anywhere he encountered unseen or otherwise a possibility of future problems he promptly contacted us, both presenting the issue and his recommendations. Upon our understanding and approval, the work was continued with little delay. Most impressive was his candor and willingness to admit the areas he was not familiar with, to which he’d propose a course of action sufficient to accomplish the job in a manner befitting any experienced technician or professional doing the same work. I/we would highly recommend his services. The finished product exceeded both our expectations of performance and at well under the budgeted expense we anticipated. This review was written well over a month after the job, and yet still exemplary performance.”

“Went in for my second oil change from them. Just like last time, I found the friendliest and most helpful bunch of guys I've ever encountered at an auto repair shop! They have good honest prices and do great work! I was prepared to have to wait at least 30 min or so, as there were at least two ahead of me, but it was Maybe 15 min, if that...As long as they're around, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.”

Getting a random weird noise checked out. I didn't even know how to describe the sound, but this friendly, helpful staff just said, no worries, we got you. I have known Wayne for a long time he would never overcharge or take advantage of anyone, which I can't say that about other similar establishments.

“Had a flat tire that needed to be plugged. Drove in, they immediately got the tire fixed and put back on the vehicle in about 15 minutes. No charge for a plug if needed. They will charge us a patch is needed instead of a plug. Overall, great service”

“No complaints about dealership, staff etc. All very exceptional. However, the so-called "Express Oil Change" is a farce. Used to be I could call, make an appointment, drive in town and get my oil changed with a reasonable wait time. Now I drive in--cannot make an appointment--told there would be an hour and a half to two hours before they could even start my truck. That as been the case since this "Express" stuff started. My wife went in for an oil change, after two hours of waiting I drove in town and picked her up and we went shopping. It's either time for Pilson's to junk this "Express" stuff and get back to appointments or I'm going to alleviate some of their wait times by going somewhere else.”
