“I would characterize Paap Auto Body as an upscale auto repair shop. I never dreamed there was such a thing as an upscale auto body shop, but I found one by "accident". I went to Paap because of a strong recommendation from a neighbor a few houses away from me. He said he used them many times and wouldn't go to anyone else. A little later the insurance adjuster mentioned he used to work at Paap and only had favorable comments. He also mentioned the insurance company might not always agree with repair shop pricing. If you are not familiar with the back-room haggling between your insurance company and the repair shop, Paap keeps you informed as much as they politely should. Here is something I found out, be prepared to pay extra beyond your deductible. I don't think their pricing and quality is a fault or a mistake. When I was driving my car out of the repair shop, I almost forgot why I had it in there in the first place. I was so distracted by the car interior. It was much cleaner than when I dropped it off.
