“So my granny in i decided to stop in this store and look around..I was amazed at the furniture and all the item he had..I had bought a Italy ??/ wine theme and I tell you it was the best thing I bought and had enough good quality items as well as price.. Just went in there yesterday and the gentleman asked me if ib a as listed i said no i dnt think so..He told me his name and if I wasn't excited to know that we knew each other in he is family..i bought another item great price and good quality..Couldn't ask for better than that..”

“We have had a leaking refrigerator and cannot afford a newer one at this time. Everything else worked fine as well, how ever the leak began to worry us. Called Mattoon’s Broadway Appliance and Home Center, and they had some one scheduled to come out next day and fix the issue. The gentleman called me next day confirmed the issues and fixed the fridge within the hour of being there. The repair was reasonably priced and we are grateful for the service we received!!”

“I had a breakdown of my refrigerator. We called two other appliance retailers in Mattoon before calling Broadway Appliance. One advised they only work on units they've sold, and the other advised they were 2 to 3 weeks out. When we called Broadway, Tanner advised he had an opening 2 days out, which we scheduled. I had guests visiting the house at the time who were isolating due to the virus. Jessie the technician arrived at the time scheduled and was respectful and properly prepared for the situation. He provided a temporary fix to the refrigerator and stated exactly what steps he was taking, and parts he was ordering for the repair. The parts came in one day earlier than he estimated, which in turn Jessie made the repair one day earlier than he initially indicated. Jessie was quick, neat, well mannered and knowledgeable. We wholeheartedly recommend Broadway Appliance.”
“Bre Sanders was very helpful with us. She wasn't too overbearing, and she only assisted us when we needed questions answered. My husband and I are the type that like to shop on our own, and we like our privacy space.
