“I love the small, hometown feel this place has. There are so few associates, yet there was one available immediately to help me find a couple things and answer my questions. And then the cashier who was helping another customer was able to pause that to ring me up and get me on my way. Very kind, knowledgeable, and all around helpful!Side note: My 4 year old just had to go see the old truck that's parked inside. He thought that was pretty cool.”

Had to walk up to the front service desk and ask for assistance and then the youngster was not knowledgeable about anything plumbing related? Said he usually loads and unloaded trucks.”

“Friendly staff willing to help find that specific thing-a-ma-jig. Clean store with easy layout. Sign up for email coupons as there are new ones every week as well as notices for new products with detailed information. Quality of Harbor Freight has come up in the last 20 years and there mid and high end lines are worth comparing to much more expensive brands Makita, Dewalt, and Honda (generators). Highly reccomend for do it yourself and proessionals looking to save while adding decent qualit tools to their hoard... I meant collection. They do still caryy lines of tools that should not even remotely be used on a daily basis, but may work out just fine for the once every in a while but used gently.”
