About Sears Appliance Repair
Sears Appliance Repair in Mattoon, IL is a top choice for fast and reliable appliance repair. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, efficiently fixing a wide range of appliances like refrigerators, washers, and dryers. The service is great and comes with a workmanship guarantee, offering convenient same-day or next-day appointments. However, the AI scheduling system has caused significant issues, repeatedly getting addresses wrong and leading to late appointments while incorrectly trying to sell more service instead of correcting information. Despite this system problem, the technicians themselves are consistently praised for going the extra mile with helpful maintenance advice and quality repairs.
