So I never received any calls from an operations manager but I did have the pleasure of speaking with Laura who come to find out is actually the store Manager.
She provided me with an exceptional Customer Service experience in which she took the time to treat me like a person and in doing so, she has re-gained me and my families business. That's all I was looking for. Just a little old fashioned customer service. Great Job to Laura once again!”
