“This was our first time using a moving service. We have lived at the previous address for almost 20 years so planning for the move was extremely stressful in itself. MOOvers Chicago made this process very easy. From the moment we booked them we had constant communication with office staff. On the day of the move, the team arrived earlier than expected and they cleared out the apartment in under an 1hr! We had A LOT of boxes. Everything was handled with care and we didn't have to worry about anything being broken or damaged. The team finished way under the quoted time. My mom and I were really impressed with how friendly, fast and professional the team was. We would definitely recommend and use MOOvers Chicago again on our next move.

“Stored my stuff for a year and this is one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve ever been to. It was always very well kept. The moving process in and out was easy. I didn’t like that I had to buy a Cylinder lock when I already had a disc lock from previous storages, but that’s okay, it still worked out. Grateful for storage manager Sandra’s great customer service.”

“Being from a military background, I have had to use storage facilities more times than I can count. Most of the time, it's a very impersonal experience (very transactional). However, i must say... I have never had customer service like I do with Candace and Joel! They are extremely friendly, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. These two always go above and beyond. I always leave feeling like I had just visited extended family vs. simply paying my bill. The warm and friendly customer service should not go unnoticed and should definitely be recognized!”
“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”
