“HUGE,HEARTFELT APPRECIATION AND APPLAUSE TO TATIANA!!
Was needing ideas for a couple projects I wanted to do so i stopped in. The sales associate, I believe her name was Tatiana, was so extremely helpful, knew where items were located in the store, came up with alternate ideas and merchandise so that my projects would turn out wonderfully made. She never acted like it was a burden to assist me with anything at all. Very wonderful young woman!!”
“Great store, needs more employees though. Everyone is nice and hard working. Lee the manager is ALWAYS there and attentive and kind. Erick that works there is awesome too. Always smiling and always working hard. Great store but need more help.Xoxoxoxox”

“I have to say, the customer service at McHenry IL store was terrific. I couldn't find a specific blouse in my size and Marie patiently helped me by calling 2 other stores. She had a great attitude and genuinely likes her job helping out. Kudos!”
