“I had a prepaid package to drop off, and all went very well. I entered the store, and seeing 2 customers ahead of me, I thought I might be waiting for a few minutes. One employee was working back behind the others, but he stopped what he was doing, and came forward to help me. I think that I was in the store less than a minute, and I was out and on my way home quickly. Nice clean store and outstanding customer service!”

“Make sure you get Brian from JA Frate as your delivery driver. He is an exceptional human and delivered our lockers from Uline. Make sure he gets a big raise this year!”

“Quick and easy except for there is no in store service rep fedexes nearest my home only drop offs. So I purposely drive 18 miles to drop off in person and get a receipt.”
