“I am writing to share some much-deserved recognition for a team member at your Crystal Lake IL Location on NW Highway who assisted me during a frustrating situation. Recently, a package shipped from me from Cary, IL to New London CT was pilfered during delivery. While I am incredibly disappointed by the loss of my items, the customer service experience I received while trying to file my claim completely turned my day around. I didn't catch her name but she has multi colored hair. Shipping # 872431605580. Even though the situation is pending I really appreciate your assistance.”

“I’m not sure who manages this location or who is responsible for training the team, but one thing I can say with complete confidence: I visited during what seemed to be peak hours—around 5:30 PM—when the place was very busy. Despite that, the line moved almost immediately, and the entire team operated with remarkable efficiency. What stood out even more was the professionalism combined with a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude—something that, unfortunately, is not always common these days. My sincere congratulations to everyone working there, especially the young team members. You are doing an outstanding job.”
