“Hybrid battery replacement went great. **Bruce is a top tier mechanic and an asset to this company! He was so comforting when answering all of my questions regarding install and warranties. He even pivoted from a shop appointment I’d made to doing a remote install when my battery (sooner than expected) died on my way into work the day before I was supposed to take my Prius into the shop! Install was done in the parking lot while I was at work, and I was able to walk out at night to a happy car that got me home safely!
Made a lifelong customer over here. I can’t sing their praises enough.”

“Great experience all around, I needed a specific battery and the man behind the counter was willing to open up a new box to test if it fit, and when it didnt he set up an order directly to my house which arrived in 2 days and emailed me a tracking number. He also fixed my phone's charging port by cleaning the lint out of it for free. I was thinking I might have to get a new phone soon but he may have saved me a couple more years on that.”

“These guys are always the best. Started day with a car that barely started. After doing several checks and a little research I concluded I needed a battery. I asked for a quick double check and I was told everything checked fine and something must have drained it overnight. Turns out my trunk was open slightly for a few days but the rubber seal had stuck to it and held it down. Didn’t get a name but every time I go here I find someone who has worked with his hands and his head. Thanks”

I was immediately greeted by Bobby who was extremely personable and enthusiastic to help me and answer my questions. He went above and beyond assisting me in solving my issue and provided me with the advice and recommendations that I needed. He was very patient and gave me the long over due guidance that I have been needing with this frustrating situation… I usually go to Autozone, but thanks to Bobby I will be sure to patronize O’Reily’s instead! My car is running brand new and finally the check engine light is finally gone for good, thanks to Bobby’s guidance and recommendations!”

“Let me tell you a little story about a guy that needed some auto parts... He didn't know where to go so he went to a grocery store... He didn't find any auto parts there... So he went to the post office but guess what they didn't have auto parts there either... So he gave up trying to find a place so he thought and thought about it really hard where oh where can he find auto parts!!! He really needed to find a place that had all that he could want and more... One day he googled where do I find auto parts... Guess where Google told him??? It was this place!!! This place has all the parts you could want AND MORE!!! More more and more!!! All the parts!!! Even ones that he didn't need...!!! They had aisles of parts and more in the back!!! All parts and even ones no one wants or needs!!! I hope that you are like the guy in the story and you come here to get your parts and more!!! Remember tell them TOPCAT from the Internet Google maps told you to come here!!!”
