“Very professional but comfy and beautiful store. My group had a great area with plenty of seating and my stylist was very friendly and knew exactly what I would be looking for. I tried on at least 30 dresses before coming here and within trying on 4 at Diana's, I found the dress I'd be going home with. I'm so happy with what I found and I love that its not the everyday generic wedding dress. I also loved that the seamstress was available to look over the dress and any concerns there may have been. They also had a great option for taking tax off the dress by having it delivered to my home. Lastly, they do offer post-wedding care for the dress including a professional cleaning and storing after the wedding so you can keep your treasure well maintained forever. I would highly recommend anyone here!”

“One event we have at our high school is a Prom Fashion Show. The gown vendor we had been working with moved out to Schaumburg and I was left to find another vendor willing to work with us. For weeks I called several stores, left messages and none of them would call me back. I really thought I had to cancel the show this year until Omaima came to my rescue! She not only returned my call but she also agreed to work with us to help make this show a success. We had set up a date and time for the girls to pick out a dress to wear for the show. By the time they arrived there was already an assortment of beautiful gowns ready for them to try on. Omaima and her assistant were so patient and kind. They made sure each girl chose a dress that not only made them feel confident and beautiful, but also flattering to their unique shape and height. The girls had a good time trying on dress after gorgeous dress, standing on the platform in front of the large mirrors, and admiring themselves and each other. As an added bonus Omaima even wrote descriptions of each dress for us to read during the show! The store is small but charming. The decor is warm and welcoming. I can imagine how a bride would feel being in this type of environment surrounded by their loved ones and saying "Yes to the dress." It just has that type of vibe. If you're looking for a dress for that special occasion, do not hesitate to come to Omaima Couture. You'll be glad you did!”

“Love this store, love the owner! I always come around this store but never went in. When I did went in, it was beautiful! Just beautiful. Came here for a hoco dress and it did not disappoint. The sweet owner helped me with the size and colors of the dress. There were plenty to choose from; short to long ones. There was wedding dresses too. There was also a section for boys too. They had baby clothes, men clothes, men shoes and women shoes! Heels are very good prices. Bought a blue dress for 95 bucks and it was wonderful. The owners is really nice, recommend! Thank you! I like that they offered tips/advice on dress picking as she picked out 15 dresses. Was able to try 4-5 dresses on during her appointment. They are appointment only! They offer other packages too! Pillows/money boxes/custom champagne glasses... the whole 9. The employees were able to answer every question we had and the fact that they offer 100% customization to a big % of their dresses is definitely a great factor. No videos or photography allowed. No restroom for customers.”

“I needed a barong for my 7 year old and my husband (arab) for my sister's wedding. It was last minute but ate charisma scheduled to meet three days later. She planned accordingly, asking for sizes, fabric, date of the event and told me to bring shirts because I wasn't going to bring either son or husband. When we met I was scared I wouldn't find the suite but she provided a map with thorough instructions. The staff knew to expect me and help guide me to the suite. Upon arriving i was offered beverages. I was then escorted to her suite and she had the barongs laid out as well as a book incase I didn't find something I want. She started with a presentation, a 101 on barongs and fabrics. I informed in our call I wanted the high end fabric so it looked polish and elevated. She had a few picked out but she nailed it. It was exactly what I needed. Please support small business owners, especially our very own chicago filipina, Charisma!”
