“I cannot recommend Flora and Lane highly enough to brides who are tired of plain white dresses and want something colorful and unique. I bought my wedding dress at their Chicago location - Sara was my stylist and she was very kind and helpful. Their customer service is excellent and I always felt taken care of both in the boutique and through digital communication. The dresses I tried on at Flora and Lane were truly like no other dress I had ever tried on before, and I was just taken aback by how beautiful and unique there are. My Juniper dress was a show-stopper at my wedding and I got so many compliments on the beauty and individuality of the dress. I was so happy that I could show off my individuality, AND it fit our fantasy theme perfectly! I also felt like the dresses are VERY reasonably priced considering how detailed and unique they are. “I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kasia's Bridal & Boutique. From the very first appointment, Kasia made the entire process feel seamless and special. When I came in for my first visit with my mom, she was incredibly welcoming, encouraging, and attentive. She let me try on so many beautiful dresses and never made the experience feel rushed.
As a six-foot-tall plus-size bride, I was especially impressed by how size-inclusive her selection is. It can sometimes be difficult to find boutiques that truly accommodate different body types, but Kasia had plenty of options and helped me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
By the end of that first visit, I had narrowed it down to two dresses. After leaving, I realized I had already found the one! I came back with my bridesmaids, tried it on again, chose a veil, and officially said yes to the dress. It was such a joyful and memorable moment.
Kasia is clearly very knowledgeable about the bridal industry and has a great eye for what works for each bride. She always keeps the bride’s comfort and confidence as the priority, which makes the experience feel very personal and supportive.
I also love that this is a local small business, and it felt great supporting someone who is so passionate about what she does. I truly can’t say anything negative about my experience. I booked an appointment because I thought her designs objectively hit my dress criteria and I wanted to give it a shot.
My bridal consultant was also really knowledgeable and I appreciated all of the guidance she gave (without high pressure sales tactics) since I’m on an accelerated timeline and came in overwhelmed and under prepared lol.”
