Yes, the workers behind the counter have changed through out the years- but every one of them have always been courteous and very helpful to me and my husband. I have never had a problem everyone behind the counter has always acted very professional. Latasha ( sp) she’s been there for years and has served most of our family she always has a smile, courteous and professional. If we ever had any questions they are ready to help. I’m assuming these other people that have left reviews maybe had a hard day; or just caught these employees on a bad day.
All in all I would give them another chance because everyone there is helpful.”

“When going to my CVS in Target (Melrose Park, IL), I always hope to see Koji the Pharmacist, he’s a special person. He starts off with his welcoming smile and a greeting. He’s always pleasant and giving his full attention to customers and if one has a question Koji alway does his best to answer it; this I have witnessed at time when I was in line.”
“This has been our clinic for over 20 years. We moved towns a couple of times, but we always stayed with them. My kids know the staff and feel comfortable with them, and I also love that they have a pharmacy inside.”
“I genuinely don’t understand the negative reviews, because my experiences have been consistently excellent. Every time I visit this Walgreens in Melrose Park, I walk out impressed. The staff is always warm, courteous, and ready to help. There are plenty of employees on the floor, checkout is quick, and whenever I have a question, someone is right there with an answer.
The store is well-organized and easy to navigate. Its location on North Avenue makes it incredibly convenient, primarily since I work nearby. The only slight drawback is that it’s not open 24 hours, but honestly, that’s a minor detail compared to everything they do well.
I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and genuine customer service every time I’m in the store.”
