“When going to my CVS in Target (Melrose Park, IL), I always hope to see Koji the Pharmacist, he’s a special person. He starts off with his welcoming smile and a greeting. He’s always pleasant and giving his full attention to customers and if one has a question Koji alway does his best to answer it; this I have witnessed at time when I was in line.”

“Walgreens on 15th on Melrose park always are stocked up with everything I have gone in to buy, and their Pharmacy are really quick and they also have a drive thru aswell if you don't want go inside.”
“I genuinely don’t understand the negative reviews, because my experiences have been consistently excellent. Every time I visit this Walgreens in Melrose Park, I walk out impressed. The staff is always warm, courteous, and ready to help. There are plenty of employees on the floor, checkout is quick, and whenever I have a question, someone is right there with an answer.
The store is well-organized and easy to navigate. Its location on North Avenue makes it incredibly convenient, primarily since I work nearby. The only slight drawback is that it’s not open 24 hours, but honestly, that’s a minor detail compared to everything they do well.
I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and genuine customer service every time I’m in the store.”
“Was staying in town last week, next door at Regal Inn. This place was handy for pop, snacks and liquor. Actually found it it to be the cheapest place I have seen for liquor, at least on the brands I buy. Staff was friendly. Area is a little bit sketchy but not so bad we felt unsafe. Just be aware of your surroundings.”
“Out of all the 7/11 I've been to, I've never had the best experience at 7/11 till now, the staff were amazing, who welcoming, they gave me the best advice with location and products in the store and also new how to start conversations that actually made me respond with a smile, and the care and helpful that young lady Kim, she literally made my shopping at 7/11 feel like home, if I was the manager of this place I would definitely give her a bonus or at least a raise for literally helping me and showing that she loves her job and loves helping customers as she did with me. Thank you guys very much.”
“I visited this store for first time I can say that the customer service was top notch I was unable to find one item the lady at the register saw me and she helped me out , she was so polite and really very helpful and everything was so nicely organised and clean store they are doing a GREAT JOB….. I will definitely visit this store again and would recommend more customers to visit this store.”
“Only reason I’m giving this place 5 stars is because of Marlisa and the Older white gentleman that works early mornings. The afternoon staff is not pleasant at all! They are more concerned with holding conversations with each other. I’m avoiding this place after 5:00am.”

“I’m thrilled with the service from Mario and Ismael! I’ve had my tire light on for a few days, even after my sensors were checked at Costo two days ago. The issue was resolved but today(two days later), the light came on again. Mario came outside, took his time, checked and rechecked sensors, and voila! Like magic! No appointment needed! Problem solved, except engine light came on…Mario told me to come back IF engine light is still on tomorrow. Service with (literally) a smile. He made me feel at ease knowing my tires were ok. I LOVE these guys at Costco Tires at Melrose Park!”

“This is my local Walgreens. I shop here a lot. The store itself is amazing I love it. The reason for R stars and not 5 though, is the pharmacy! The line is always full and the waiting time is 29 minutes and up sometimes! That's what I really dislike about this location.”
