There's one thing they did that was a big help to me that they didn't have to do. They let me take a loaner vehicle. I had a client to take to Paducah for
radiation treatment. It was very important that I got my client there. I don't know what I would have done. Thanks to the nice staff I was able to take my client. This is important to know but another important fact to know is that he CARES. He isn’t some heartless man that just cares about his pocketbook and that’s it. He wants you to leave knowing what was wrong with your car, what he did to fix it and why he did that course of action. As a woman, I appreciate that. I was from out of state. I got stranded with my dog, cat and blue tongue skink in the middle of nowhere and Ralf answered the phone on a Saturday evening. Completed the work the next day on a Sunday!!! I cried. Amazing.
