“Brad the owner is a great person. We were on a road trip and hit a deer about 7 miles north of his shop. He came and picked us up (not enough room in the tow truck for three of us). He took the car apart and showed us the damage and got it fixed and us back on the road within 3 hours of calling him. The price was great too. I can’t say enough of how awesome Brad’s Auto Works is. Teresa the receptionist was also very kind and helpful. The only bad thing is we don’t live close enough to have him as our mechanic. If you live close or find yourself in the situation we had call them.”

“I locked the keys in the truck around 8:30pm on a Monday night in metropolis. I’m not from the area so I wasn’t sure who I should call. I figured there would be a a crazy fee for it being so late. Because of that, I tried, unsuccessfully, to get in myself, while freezing to death. After almost 2 hours I gave up and decided to see if this tow service next door offered a lock service.

They definitely did and the man that answered was incredibly kind even though I’m pretty sure I woke him up. He said I’ll be there in 10 min, he was there in 6. Had my truck unlocked in no time and it’s a manual lock that isn’t easy to get to. But he did it with ease. And it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like I was so afraid of. Times are tight and I am very thankful that there are helpful local companies like Burnhams, that we can turn to when we just can’t do it ourselves, and it not cost you your utility payment. Lol.
