“While their bathroom is small and isn't ideal for someone in a wheelchair, I still choose to give Randys a 5 star rating. They are a body shop and not a place of casual gathering for all. Still, the staff is wonderful. They are always professional and kind. They keep you well informed. They do their best to get OEM parts for their customer and give you all the information you need in case you need to take it up with your insurance provider.
I only have 2 small complaints. The waiting room and bathroom isn't ideal for a wheelchair user. The other being I want their dog and somehow, I don't think they will allow me to take it home with me. Their dog is so friendly.”
