“This is our main store we shop at. Is it busy on the weekend, yes, but we avoid weekends and never have an issue with lines. There is never a shortage on food or products and if you need something there is always staff to help. It's a very clean store and clean bathrooms. The customer service has always been solid and professional. The membership is worth the price even for someone who doesn't regularly shop in bulk. The Costco return policy is one of the best in the shopping industry.”

“Amazing experience!
I ordered a set of 4 tires and scheduled installation appointment. I arrived on time, and they took my vehicle in immediately. About 1 hour later, it was ready.
I asked if I could keep my old tires, and I was genuinely impressed. My technician, Alan, carefully wrapped each of my old tires and politely asked whether I’d like them placed in my trunk or if someone else would be picking them up.
I was also pleasantly surprised that my car came back exactly as I left it - no dirty, no scratches, nothing.
We all know that, unfortunately, quality of service in many places in USA can be hit or miss. But this Costco Tire Center did everything at highest level: fast, professional, and with great attention to detail.
Thank you to everyone who works here, and a special thank you to my technician — Alan. He’s an outstanding professional and a genuinely kind person.
