“The employees are very nice and polite. Sometimes there are some employees at the front desk that arent knowledgeable about certain things (little things) so it can prolong the process or make it a longer wait. Other than that I will continue to come back to this location. Great job!”

“Been coming to this credit union since 2000(?). It was South Division but it merged with Scott. The people(employees) and I have developed a great relationship over the years. Some faces are new but business as usual. Some changes in how it operates. I used to get my direct deposits on Wednesday. Now I get it Friday. That was convenient but not a major issue. I also got 1 free cashier check every month. It's $3 now. It is what it is. Won't go anywhere else. If you decide to bank here, the people will try to make banking enjoyable and worthwhile.”
