I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. “Montel at the Alsip location saved our day. We had a rental agreement set up 2 weeks prior to our moving day with Budget (they were the closest box truck rental to our home). Budget called us the day before at 12pm to inform us they didn't have any trucks for us to rent until that Wednesday. So much for having a reservation. I remembered my sister needing a rental in a pinch and she went through the Alsip location so I figured it was worth a shot. When I spoke with Montel over the phone and told him our situation, he was on top of it. Less than 24 hour notice and he had our backs. When we got there the next morning, Quentin was the gentleman that checked us out and helped set up our next rental. Both gentlemen were great to work with and really saved our day.”

“Omg I always used U-haul always had suck service with thier trucks. I am so glad I tried penske absolutely a great truck 20ft 29.50 - 49.50 varies but the truck has air shocks better they my 2020 truck and side mirrors with blind spot extra mirror that adjust! I can actually see on both sides no winging it also back up cameras woot!!!! Heaven to drive! Thank you penske great rental you gained a loyal user for life carol owen. The home depot in Orland park is great people very nice and knowledgeable. I can't say enough Thank you I had if 5 days cost me less then 200 thats great!”

“U-Haul had an amazing piece of equipment for car hauling. Just a stable trailer for cross country hauling for sure, no swaying, just a great trailer. What a change since 30 years ago when I rented one. Technology is what I’m talking about. The pickup place at Empire Tire was terrific and the drop off point was right in my backyard in Arizona. Just a great experience all the way around.”
