“I had a great experience at this location, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (I think he was the supervisor or manager) but he and his team took care of me and were very friendly and had the truck ready early for me to leave.”
“Has all the great amenities of a hood gas station but in the burbs ? I always go here for everything from cigarettes, snacks, gas to playing the Lotto & gaming machines in back. Plus the staff are awesome. ????”
“Ok, to start with, I did not rent any trucks or vehicles with U-Haul. I brought my car here to have a hitch installed. Clarence was the man who assisted me. Clarence would call me to clear up questions or to attempt to get my vehicle in earlier than my scheduled time. The only problem I had here was tryin to call Clarence back, the U-Haul phone system always forwarded the call to a centralized U-Haul call center....so that was a little frustrating. BUT, Clarence kept me up to date as to the progress of my install and then he installed the unit in the anticipated time - 2 hours. The job was done neatly, on time and he and the staff at the building were all very courteous.Nice job Clarence, thanks.”
