“Staff: Greeted me when I walked in. The staff was very nice! They can answer questions on all of the items they have.Building: building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean.Products: they are fair priced. I just needed air hose which was cheap.

“I traveled to the quad cities with my CPAP machine. Had everything I needed including new hose and such. What did I forget? The adapter for the hose as it goes into the machine. Frantically, I search for anywhere that may have one that I can just grab... everywhere is closed and most of them only sends deliveries for your supplies... then I see Kelly's. I had to sleep without my machine for one night till they opened... worst night ever. When they opened, I texted them the random part that I need and asked if it would be possible to get it today. Not only did they respond within a few hours, they had the part. Then they went above and beyond by calling ME! Just to make sure the part was the correct type and that they'd have it ready for pick up. What a life saver!!! The staff were wonderful and actually cared about getting me set up to not have to spend one more night in apnea horribleness... Thank you so much!!!!!”
