Milan Storage offers convenient indoor, temperature controlled units and outdoor drive-up units. Customers report it is a clean and safe place, with items kept warm and secure in winter. The on-site manager is noted as welcoming, helpful, and going above and beyond. Recent upgrades include HD security cameras for peace of mind. The location features an iconic rotating horse billboard. Some concerns are noted about wheelchair accessibility, particularly regarding ramp maintenance in winter and uncertainty about alternative entrances. Despite this, many customers express great happiness with their choice and the service.
It's been a kinda bad situation this week, but we had an issue with the door in storage not working for us and Hap came right out and fixed it right up for us. Been a bright spot for us and we appreciate it.

I had a great experience with storing out here. The space was cleaned out prior to moving my storage in. The owner was a delight to work with.
