“I see a lot of negative comments on here regarding this location I must say that I've had a PO Box at this location for over 30 years and I've always found the people to be very nice and responsive on the few occasions where I had issues with mail delivered to my home address it's always been small issues. In the past I've had 3 packages delivered to my address that were for the same address but different street I've always just taken the package to the correct address and let the people know what happened, I've never considered it a big deal as there are occasions were people make mistakes in all types of business and getting upset or raging against them doesn't ever solve any problems. Sometimes we need to give the same amount of consideration to others that we ourselves would like. For those that don't know the Post Office has an application that can tell you when mail is due to be delivered to your address I've used it for several years it's great. The app. Is called USPS Informed Delivery.”

“I have never ever been treated rudely by their staff. I do lots of returns from Amazon. I have my packages packed and barcode ready, so I make it simple for them. They always welcome me with a smile. I seen how frustrating/chaotic it gets in there between customers not understanding the procedures of a return for mailing. Maybe they have a few bad days, but no one is prefect . You get treated on how you treat others. Speak to them and wish them a happy day instead of getting upset over your confusion. They are a wonderful staff to me.”

I had 4 packages that required extra special handling and Rhonda was very patient to meet my shipping needs (even with a long line behind me). I did not feel rushed and I felt confident that my packages would arrive safely. I went back the next day for my peace of mind (NOT because I felt they were incompetent), and asked more questions.
