“Really great old style butcher shop. Custom cut meat and fair prices make it a place I keep returning to. They make a variety of bratwurst in various flavors, and they are huge. Try the thick cut bacon also. That bacon is as good as it gets.”

“We just moved to the area from Indy and this was, by far, the best experience I've ever had with a butcher. If you're going fir the first time, be aware that looks are deceiving and you are indeed in the right place. He has his butcher shop right by his house.That said, the prices are extremely reasonable and better than store prices. You also get to talk to the person actually doing the work. He doesn't do anything but cash anymore but he does have an ATM to use. I was surprised at the vacuum wrapped meat rather than the paper wrap I'm used to from big city butchers. Needless to say, my expectations for my meat vendors shot up considerably.10/10 from me and I'll be doing all my meat business here from now on.”
