“In November of 2025 my 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 was struck from the rear. Damage was done to the six-point tailgate, the bumper, trailer hitch, frame, both rear quarter panels, electrical connections, and the mount that connects the driver seat to the floor. My insurance co. gave me a choice of three places to take my vehicle in a fifty mile radius. My insurance agent advised me that Rendel's on Republic Ave in Joliet was on the list because of their integrity. I was familiar them with previous work related experiences. It took a while to get my truck back. That's because they don't by cheap aftermarket parts and they don't rush the job to get the vehicle out the door. I waited a while to write this because I wanted to thoroughly check everything out. The electrical components all work correctly. The mechanical components all work correctly and line up perfectly ( like when the truck was new ). Parts of the frame had to be cut off and replaced. You can't even tell where the new welds are. The truck tracks straight down the road. When you shine a bright flashlight on the replaced and repainted areas, you do not see two different paint jobs. The truck looks like it came off the showroom floor. My wife's BMW body shop couldn't do that a few years ago. I cannot say enough about honesty and integrity in the way they treat people and get the work done correctly.”
“They have an option to pay for someone to vacuum and dry the car which is very handy. A lot of places have stopped doing this, and it’s a great service to offer. Everyone who I encountered at this location was very nice to speak with and did a great job. They were very detailed. I will try and come back regularly.”

“One of the best options in the Joliet, Crest Hills, and Plainfield area. The reason I wont grant them 5 stars is because they only offer air dry through the tunnel. You must get out and dry your vehicle yourself.”
