“Went there a few times to shop for cat stuff and this time went to trim my cats nails. The owner was a magician lol my cat won't even let me go near her paws and she was totally fine for this! Took like 10 minutes and was very reasonable. 100/10! Plus they have a cute cat room with adoptable cats and a pretty cool talking parrot”

“By far, the kindest, most knowledgeable personnel I've ever dealt with. They truly take the time and effort to know my dog, Roxy, and resolve the many issues we've had with her. Highly recommend.”

“We started coming here after the service and availability of our local vet went stale. Each visit is so nice here, staff are always friendly and seem genuinely excited to see our pet (and us), the techs are very informative and the doctors have such great personalities. This place will be here forever if they choose because it's the best vet I've experienced in this area in my 15 years in plainfield.”

“Absolutely the best pet store ever! Our family has gotten several puppies from them over the years, and every single one has brought so much joy into our lives. The store is always spotlessly clean, safe, and welcoming, and the staff is beyond amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews at all; our experience has been nothing but positive from start to finish. If you want a place that truly loves animals and treats families like theirs, this is the store to go to — I can’t recommend them highly enough!”
