“I grew up with dogs. I grew up to love all animals, and wanted a cat. I finally got a kitten named Garfield. My first trip to Petco in years was so fun, and a few members of the team made my experience even better. Cody helped pick out some things for garfield and had an awesome recommendation about a toy that my kitten absolutely adores. It's his favorite. He even took the time to explain to me everything I need to know about bringing home a cat. He was genuine, and I really trusted him which means a lot because my baby is family. He went out of his way om several occasions to make sure I was doing okay. I know he said he's usually the dog trainer, but definitely love this guy. Becca was the other one who helped me out and she had such a great and fun attitude. She even educated me on cats and let me know that she's always happy to help. She helped me sign up for the Petco perks which is a bonus because I tend to spoil my animals. I love that this place made me feel so comfortable. I thought I was going to adopt in a week, as opposed to taking one day. They made a rushed situation more comforting. I highly recommend this place. I love Cody and Becca.”

“Everyone I talked with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The area inside and out where the dogs had outside runs was very clean, and well maintained. I picked up two female cats that were checked and up to date for standard health requirements. They will be kept on my property for mainly rodent control with free run of the area once they adapt to their new rural location.”

Each visit is so nice here, staff are always friendly and seem genuinely excited to see our pet (and us), the techs are very informative and the doctors have such great personalities. This place will be here forever if they choose because it's the best vet I've experienced in this area in my 15 years in plainfield.”

“I was impressed with the staff. I went to petco to get some guppies for my new tank and some conditioner. Easy sale right? Nope they refused to see fish due to it being to cold. First off the front door was shut and stuck at 8 pm . They blamed it on the cold. I then called Pet Smart which is out of the way but the girl on the phone said come on in everything is for sale. When I walked in I was greeted. Walked over to the guppy section and the nicest girl helped me get 4 guppies and 3 catfish. Walked over to the register and the other associate was just as nice. No doors stuck, locked or attitude. Petsmart is my new go to place.”

“10/10 recommend!! I take my 160lb Saint bernard here for baths and the stations are always clean with fresh towels and lots of shampoo options!! Treats also have clean ingredients which my dog loves!”
