She recommended a product (Zesty Paws Allergy and Immune bites). I bought that also. My dog is finicky, but giggled it down. I’m hoping this helps her! Jenny’s customer service makes me want to make this store my go to place for my dog’s needs!”

“I visited Two Bostons at Market Meadows in Naperville this morning. I came in to shop for my dog’s birthday. I had a great experience. The selection was good and service welcoming, knowledgeable about merchandise, and friendly. I signed up for their awesome rewards program. My dog loved his birthday cupcake and Happy Birthday Bone Biscuit! He enjoyed the turkey jerky stick, and adores his new Huxley & Kent rooster plush!”
“First off, the food is great. Obviously since you're here, and I do think it helped my beagle mutt mix live to a ripe old age of 17.
Secondly, the staff has been fantastic in dealing with my changing standing delivery orders. Very accommodating. Always pleasant, overall a wonderful experience.”

“Very awesome place. Employees are extremely helpful and nice. I couldn't find any frozen pup cups anywhere, and I got recommended this place. They told me that I can call them and have them order anymore pup cups I want, and they will stock them for me. Treated my dog very respectfully and friendly. Will definitely come back here.”

“We started coming here after the service and availability of our local vet went stale. Each visit is so nice here, staff are always friendly and seem genuinely excited to see our pet (and us), the techs are very informative and the doctors have such great personalities. This place will be here forever if they choose because it's the best vet I've experienced in this area in my 15 years in plainfield.”
“My experience was with Mary, Haly, and Sy'Rai. I thought they were very accommodating and professional. They had to deal with the public and a bunch of puppies.
I think the prices are a little steep, I know it's a business at the end of the day, but the numbers are off. So it's not clear.
But from what I experienced, the staff is excellent. I really hope all the pups find good homes.
Update: came in for a nail trimming today 7/9/26. Mary absolutely amazing. Everyone else was great as well. So much action. I really hope cody and the others that have been there a few weeks get adopted soon.”
“Terri has been the best with all my (4) dogs for years & my son & daughter-in-law's (5) dogs. Not only does she pamper the dogs, but if there is a medical issue with a pup, she loves them and cares for them GENTLY, possibly separates them form the others so they are not played with as much. Her idea of "no-cage" is the BEST. Dogs love socializing with the other dogs. Please don't ever stop what you are doing.”

“Typically I have good experiences here. Everything is clean and organized. They always have what I need. The grooming salon is great and their groomers are very knowledgeable. I did however have a bad experience with Michael today at check out. I asked him a simple question about a product recommended to me by the grooming salon. He not only seemed annoyed but abruptly responded with a very dismissive and almost snarky answer. Hopefully it was just an off day for him but it’s upsetting and off putting that I spent $30 on a product and wasn’t provided a real answer on how to use it. Perhaps there’s better customer service at smaller businesses like brothers country supply down the street.”
“My dog loves the pet hotel and day camp, eveytime we are out of town or just have an event we let him stay here. It's not a bad price he comes home happy and tired, but is always excited to go back, he tries to pull me into the back he gets so hyped!”

“I love this Naperville Petsmart. They offered a lot more items on clearance than the others I’ve visited and the prices are pretty good. I took advantage of the flyers on the rack for the groomer and that appointment is coming up. They have Banfield veterinary hospital set up really nice in store. They also have a grooming salon where I found the staff here to be a lot friendlier than the Joliet location. This location is definitely my favorite Petsmart location.”
“Brought my pomapoo here from when I first got her at 4mos-11years. My dog loves this place so much she’s ready to jump out of the car window when we pull into the parking lot!
Everyone does a great job but Chris does an OUTSTANDING job. My dog Kandi always looks fabulous because of him!
