“While on a cross country road trip, our car unexpectedly had an issue with our front bumper that left it undrivable. We pulled in without notice when the shop was closed and the manager offered to fix our car himself, securing our safety for the rest of our journey. He was so kind, generous and exceedingly knowledgeable. He refused payment, only wanting our safety and well being. Please frequent Mark’s Service Center!! “Went to shop because my Honda pilot had a screw in it. He said he can plug it, but before hand asked if it was losing air. I had said not yet so he checked if the screw punctured it he took out screw and no leak. Didn’t try to upsell. Didn’t just take in and try to say something wrong. Honest man.
