“Nice staff but they need more training. My inquiry today required 2 trips to solve because rep couldn't answer my question about bank fee on my statement. Needed to consult manager who was not in yet.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Daniel Johnson at Chase Bank in Mokena. I was dealing with a really frustrating situation where I wasn’t able to get a refund for a cancelled event and could have lost almost $800. After spending so much time on the phone with different representatives who weren’t able to help, I finally went into the actual bank. Daniel went above and beyond. he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. He worked so hard to figure everything out and was able to get my money back. His effort and kindness made such a big difference, and I am so grateful. Because of him, I didn’t lose $800, and I left feeling heard and supported. Thank you so much Daniel!”

“I completely disagree with the 1-star reviews here. Every single employee I've interacted with at this branch has been incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for over 25 years and it's always reassuring to know that customers are so well taken care of. Keep up the great work Jerry, Ikram and the entire 53rd Team in Mokena!”

“The most friendly bank I’ve ever dealt with. I had a very personal issue to deal with. Deanna and her associates were compassionate, patient and most helpful.”
