“Amber is awesome! So helpful and went above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for blind boxes she grabbed me more from the back. The time before she helped me find sanrio minis and convinced me to buy two teeturtle blind boxes. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been a ray of sunshine. I have fallen off going into HT in any frequency but she makes me want to come back due to the quality customer service.”
“My mom took me here, and I’ve been to multiple Zumiez locations, but this one stood out the most. The manager, Jimmy, was absolutely amazing. He took his time helping us and even helped me put together some outfits and style myself. He made sure we knew about all the discounts and had such a great attitude the entire time. He was very kind, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.”

“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”
“My 1at time ordering online from Billy's so I wasn't sure if it was a legit business or not but theu are located in the Orland Park Mall. Customer service was great and I appreciated the sale and availability of gum shoes. Priced lower than the competition. I'm will be bringing my boys back. They sale clothes, backpacks amd shoes. “Today we started our Christmas shopping with this location and I am glad we stopped by here. Currently they have %25 off on every item, also %50 off on clearance items. This locations of Guess has so many good selections and the store was pretty neat. The Staff here is amazing, they kept approaching us and asked us if we need any help and they answered our questions, went above and beyond. I will surely come back to this location more from now on.”
“Danny is amazing! I love cups and ordered a cup that was recently released, they canceled my order online so I called this location to see if they had by in stock. Danny went above and double checked and found a cup for me. I was so grateful ☺ and the manager Aaron is also sweet and it’s a great store. “This weekend was the first time my daughter and I shopped at Windsor. My daughter was looking for a homecoming dress and she mentioned that many of her friends shop here for semi formal and formal attire. Our experience at the Windsor in Orland Park was favorable. The selection was vast, the store was clean and very well organized, the employees were welcoming and the prices were reasonable. We went there for one dress and came out with two!”
“Went shopping today for an outfit for the weekend. I am 10 months post partum after having two babies back to back. Words can’t describe how badly I was dreading going shopping with how badly I feel about my body right now. Victoria approached me and was just this big ball of light, she was so sweet, listened to my needs, was pulling out different pieces that would go well together, and just had such a wonderful energy to her. She’s just one of those nice people that can make your day probably without even realizing her impact. Very kind person, happy to have met her today and worked with her”

“I have always loved spencers but the number on the Orland Park Malll page needs to be updated to the number here on Google. I don't think everyone wants to find out that the number has changed, write down the number, hang up, and dial the new number. In addition I cant actually know if they are hiring or not. I just want a yes or no answer lol”
