“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

“Danny is amazing! I love cups and ordered a cup that was recently released, they canceled my order online so I called this location to see if they had by in stock. Danny went above and double checked and found a cup for me. I was so grateful ☺ and the manager Aaron is also sweet and it’s a great store. “I have always loved spencers but the number on the Orland Park Malll page needs to be updated to the number here on Google. I don't think everyone wants to find out that the number has changed, write down the number, hang up, and dial the new number. In addition I cant actually know if they are hiring or not. Customer service was great and I appreciated the sale and availability of gum shoes. Priced lower than the competition. I'm will be bringing my boys back. They sale clothes, backpacks amd shoes. “We live almost 2 hrs away but for the past 2 years we come here for HoCo dress shopping and always leave with a winner! Any teen girl mom knows it can be a difficult task. Windsor has a beautiful selection of long, short, fancy, flowy, straight, ruffle, rouched, etc.. Be ready to work thru a crowd and wait for a dressing room but it is worth it! This year we got hers for $75!!”
“Went shopping today for an outfit for the weekend. I am 10 months post partum after having two babies back to back. Words can’t describe how badly I was dreading going shopping with how badly I feel about my body right now. Victoria approached me and was just this big ball of light, she was so sweet, listened to my needs, was pulling out different pieces that would go well together, and just had such a wonderful energy to her. She’s just one of those nice people that can make your day probably without even realizing her impact. Very kind person, happy to have met her today and worked with her”
